What owners report

I was driving behind a lady and when she stopped I went to put my feet on the brakes and the brakes went to the floor and my car hit her. I had my car repaired of course and paid my deductible. My car was driving pretty regular after being repaired. Then in august 2020 the same thing happened again.
The contact stated that a warning light indicated a danger of the vehicle rolling over. The contact applied the accelerator pedal while in reverse, but it did not respond and the warning light flashed. Suddenly, the vehicle reversed and crashed into the garage and a pole. The vehicle was stuck sideways.

Thinking it was from a truck in front of me, I passed the truck, cracked my passenger window and continued the short distance to my office. After work, when I returned to my car, I noted a hole burned through my driver's side leather seat.
