What owners report

While attempting to park head-on into a parking stall, the car suddenly excellerated at high speed and hit a parking barrier head on. At no time prior to hitting the parking barrier did the drive touch the excellerator pedal.
I hit a deer head on going 70 miles per hour and the air bags never deployed
The day after I purchased this car I returned to dealership bc my phone would not connect which was the single reason for choosing this car, I was promised it was a simple update problem over the next few weeks I realized there were more issues with the electrical system as if the car had a mind of its own.
The air bags did not deploy. A police report was filed, and injuries were reported. Police officers assisted with removing the contact from the vehicle. The contact sustained various injuries, including bruises, scratches, and cuts, but did not seek medical attention. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure.
Wrecked and no emergency buttons would work nor did then the air bag didnt deploy when it should of. It busted but didnt come out
It appears the EclipseCross electrical system shut down while traveling in a rain storm causing a accident when engine shut down and steering was affected, this caused vehicle to lose control and hit concrete barrier. Air bags were deployed except for the driver side that took the impact, reason unknown.
