What owners report
Short excerpts of NHTSA complaints in the original wording. These are owner statements not verified by NHTSA; personal data removed.
By comparing it to the other seat belts, I traced the problem to the buckle, which was sitting on the belt in a reverse position. I tried to reverse the buckle by folding the seat belt strap in the slot. However, the slot width is only narrow enough to allow a single seat belt strap to be threaded through it.
Driver seatbelt will not pull over all time on the first try, sometime it takes 4 to 5 tugs to pull across. Shoulder driver belt will not retract.
Manual transmission failed causing vehicle to jump out of 5th gear into neutral.
Takata; seatbelt system failed to release trapping him inside the vehicle. Tt
