All the air bags failed to deploy. The police arrived at the scene, but a report was not filed. The vehicle was destroyed and towed to an impound lot. The dealer was not contacted. The contact sustained injuries to the neck, lower back, left shoulder, and chest, which did not require medical attention.

The contact sustained bruising from the seat belt strap across the chest, and bruising across the waistline and back. Medical attention was received. The vehicle was towed to a police holding station and later to a body shop.
The van was in drive to move forward when the gas was pressed instead of going forward it went in reverse & when the brake was pressed to stop it didn't work. The only way to stop the van before going into the cement wall of a community center was to open the driver door which caused 3 other vehicles to be damaged.
While vehicle was rolling over the airbags didn't deploy. At the time of the incident there were 4 passengers in the vehicle ,3 of the passengers had minor injuries, but the driver, who was not wearing a seat belt ,was ejected from the vehicle , sustaining severe injuries.
Dt*: the contact stated while driving 30 mph, the vehicle was involved in a head on collision with another vehicle. Neither frontal air bag deployed. There was a police report taken at the scene. There were no injuries sustained.
Power steering makes whining sound when turning the wheel, power steer fluid low in canister due to leaks. Hard to turn to the steering wheel when turning. Don't know if belts affected I hear a humming sound. Don't know if the power steering pump is working properly. Constantly adding fluid to the canister.
