What owners report
Short excerpts of NHTSA complaints in the original wording. These are owner statements not verified by NHTSA; personal data removed.
I had my Q60's oil changed at my local Nissan dealer, who provided a courtesy car wash, after which my back up camera screen went blank and my driver side camera was unreadable with fluorescent coloring. Nissan rep and supervisor had no explanation why those 2 cameras failed and referred me to an Infinity dealer.
Screen in vehicle goes black which disables rear camera visibility, which is a safety hazard. This happens in motion or when at a stop. This is known issue going back to 2017 with infiniti and they have done nothing to resolve the issue. I am told by the dealership they can't replicate the issue.
