The vehicle reports front right side marker malfunction error while I do not see any issue with the headlight. I see that certain vehicles were recalled for the same model earlier reporting the same issue and hence wanted to report this a safety incident if the light malfunction while driving at night.
After the second visit, around August 28, 2026, a high-pitched whining/squealing noise began. It occurred while coasting or going downhill and generally when the accelerator was not pressed, not only while braking. The driver initially suspected a brake noise.
The warning signs that the car gives are “Traffic jam assist unavailable” and “Safety system malfunction” while driving.These warning messages and system malfunctions have been occurring intermittently since shortly after purchase in early 2025 and were previously reported to the dealership.
