Finally, the brakes the driver stated their foot was all the way to the floor attempting to break and the passenger front side also heard a severe grinding noise. No warning, lights or lamps appeared during the accident. In addition no warning lights were visible within the app post accident.
ProPILOT Assist/adaptive cruise was set to 80 mph at the closest following distance and had operated for 60–90 minutes. The engine sounded louder, the SUV surged and rapidly closed on traffic ahead. Braking did not stop the repeated acceleration.
12/18/2025 vehicle started hesitating and threw codes again. Nissan replaced the fuel pump. Front and rear collision malfuctions remained frequent along with infotainment reboots. Oct 1 2026 vehicle threw all codes again while driving causing loss of power and drivability. Had to be towed in.
I initially noticed intermittent stuttering and the vehicle jumping or lurching forward following acceleration. Because I trusted the Nissan brand and initially assumed the behavior may have been related to normal vehicle operation or user error, I did not immediately pursue the issue.
I was stalled at the busy intersection. I had total loss of power and it was 98 outside by myself . I had two gentlemen help me try to get into neutral to get out of the busy intersection. We finally were able to get to the Walmart parking lot across the street.
I am concerned that this may not be an isolated maintenance issue but could potentially indicate a defect or problem with the vehicle's braking system, including the rear brake components, brake calipers, electronic parking brake system, or another component that may be causing abnormal or accelerated brake-pad wear.
The car is sending off the alarm for the back seat not being buckled when there is no one back there and there is nothing on the seats, it is now also doing it where it does that but shows one of them as buckled when there’s no one in the seats
The alternator gave out, and yes it was confirmed by concord Nissan, I have 4 kids in the car this was dangerous as to the car stopped on the freeway in a merging lane therefore the car kept shaking as we were waiting for help, we missed our flight to the airport.
